GU about 5 mins before start (after short warmup)
GU at 4.5 miles.
Course was OK-more than half of it was gravel trail. My feet are sore.
Wind was really strong (about 13 mph from the NW). It slowed me on the last 2 miles (in your face wind). Still, happy with my effort and result (new PR by about 25 seconds).
