Millcreek Disance Classic 1/2 Marathon Youngstown OH. Again a cold morning mid 20's start but sunny warmed to 40 by finish. Ran wel on a difficult hilly course. Was 15 minutes faster than last year but was injured then. But, ran 1 minute faster than 2008 when I was healthy.
Very happy with my results.
