Mercy Medical Health Run 5k. Ohio Challenge series at <ercy Medical Whipple and Dressler. Very humid! New corse, less hilly. Ran OK, 2nd in age group - Silver Foot award. Last year I was 3rd in age group. EitherI am getting faster or the good runners were not here.
