Notes

Fartlek through Norwood Hills. Method is to run slower then pick a geographic point a couple of tenths of a mile ahead and spring to it. Sprints routinely were in the 5:00 per mile range. One spring showed 3:14/mi. Is this really possible for me? My heart rate showed 189 to 195 during this time also.
