Nice calm cool morning, ran from home through Norwood Hills. Ran my version of a Fartlek workout. Would run at a 'normal' pace then pick a point ahead, a tree, a corner, a sign, etc to run as fast as I could towrad. I think it will be very helpful in getting my spped back up. My leg feel really good, about 90%. Some of the sped bursts were in the 5 minute mile range.
