Columbus Nationwide half Marathon. I was going to run the full marathon, but cut back to the half due to right heel soreness. Ran a good hard race, only 1 minute and change off of my personal record. Felt realyl good for the rack, nice easy relaxed stride. The course was very flat, seemed mostly downhill, therefor quads are a little sore. Melissa ran a 2:11:57 wich is a PR for her. It was nice to be able to start together. We did however start way too far back due to the insane amount of people. I think that cost me a couple of minutes by having to pass so many other runners.
