5 x 600 (1:50, 1:50, 1:51, 1:49, 1:50) with 400m jogging rest
straight into
4 x 200m (34, 34, 32, 33) with 200m jogging rest
track was a bit slick, so times were slightly slow. Overall, a decent effort. The 600's were a little sluggish.
