workout was the following with equal distance recovery

2 x 800 (2:31, 2:27)

4 x 400 (74, 74, 74, 75)

3 x 200

Seemed like this all was pretty quick, but not that difficult given the amount of rest. Long-ish cooldown for pure addition of mileage.
