Had a pleasant long run today. Went with the Mark from Wisconsin, who was doing a 21 miler and asked me to help him out, and this Bryan Lyons fellow. We went out to Ladue high school. It took us a smidge under an hour to get there and then we came back along a kind of hilly route. I was feeling fried the last few miles, but nothing horrible.
