Notes

Ran from work at the end of the day. Decided I would do the hill reps because I was feeling a little junky and didn't want to do the intervals today.

7 x 1 minute hill reps on the side of art hill. I was going to do 10-12, but my achilles was really tight and started getting very sore near the end. Ran/hobbled the cool down. I think I've been doing a bad job of recovering after some of my other runs and putting a lot of strain on my calves/achilles. I'll keep it chill the next few days to make sure things heal up well.
