Progressive tempo long run
Started at 6:45, but slowed down to the right pace (7:30's) and moved the last miles to mid 5:40's. Felt strong and had a good rhythm throughout. It was really hot in Florida and I ended up getting a sunburn solely from this run. I am white, clearly.
