Did this one on the treadmill while watching the Packer game.
4 miles of warm-up
6 miles of tempo/steady state (6:00, 5:49, 5:42, 5:35, 5:30, 5:20)
~1 mile cool down
I wish I would have cooled down a little bit more, but I was crunched for time. Still, not a half bad effort. There was plenty more in the tank.
