hard today..it is too hilly for the purpose of an easy run....won't run this again for easy run. I'll post garmin on fb
Yeah, we definitely don't want to see this type of effort on easy days. You did good to keep the pace down, but when the effort is that high, it ends up being equivalent to doing a workout, regardless of the pace. Not a big deal though, since it was just a 4 miler, we don't have any other workout planned and it is mid week, so no worries. This week is just about building some miles. Just be sure the next one is nice and easy.
