didn't mean to start out so "quick." I slowed down as soon as I realized I was too fast. Felt great! Had to stop to catch a little pooch in the middle of the road and find its home...just call me...Kim Symons-Pet Detective!
Eh, I did the same thing today. Started out just cruising and enjoying the beautiful weather and realized I was going too fast. No biggie, and you did a great job to catch it and then do the rest at a nice consistent pace. Really solid 5 miler! That's what we wanna see. Great job!
