Notes

Is it normal to feel alittle tired on these runs at this point in my training? I don't think I could've run much faster even if a dog was chasing me. I have had a little bit of a headache (allergies?) lately. IDK....

I was working on staying right around a 9:20....cant seem to hit it...but surely can go around it :-)

Yes, it is normal. There will be days where you feel like absolute crap, and days that feel the best. It's all just part of marathon training and the recovery your body goes through between hard workouts and long runs. Nothing to worry about. Always fall back on what we talked about at the beginning of your training... just keep easy days easy and don't worry much about pace. Some days that easy pace will be much slower than usual. Go with the feel, not the pace.
