felt good today. Back to my old self I guess..... starting to get the hang of this pacing thing...well alittle :-)
8:40? for 9.3? I know everything so far has proven to me that you have a good idea about what I should run.... but geesh IDK.... I have told myself that I'll run at that pace( hopefully) until the big hill at 7, then try to finish strong and hopefully faster....
