Notes
Well, for better or worse, my legs were nice and gelled out from this mornings run. The first round was nice at kinda setting a pace deal, and the second was a good try. Sadly, it also reminded me how little sprinting power I have right now. I was taking irregular steps half way through, and those that I were taking were pounding the pavement pretty good. My form should have made a good runner cry, and so on, and so forth. I figure I'll get to some long distance in the next days, and some more short hard work - miles or so afer that.
