God did that feel GOOOOD!! No music at all, so it was pure concentration in putting each foot infront of the other. I started to notice about mile 7 and 8 that my knees were starting to get a little sore, but by concentrating on foot placement, and running form the whole time, that never actually got any worse. Half marathon this next saturday, I'm shooting for 8min/mi - 1:40. Crossed fingers! I'll have one last longish run before then, and start getting ready for four days in advance. Hooooah!
