Notes
A nice quick run, VERY windy today. Shoes did alright, but i think that I have to do more warm ups and break them in before I can really benefit from them. Which means twoadays for a little while. =P I can barely fit in onece. I think the CTTR in the AM and a 5-6 at night should do pretty good for the most part.
