Notes

It took me about 2 miles to get in a rythym since I just rolled out of bed.

Only goal was to keep HR low. With laying off the shorter runs and doing mainly tempo runs, my workouts have kept my HR much higher from working harder. Today felt great and will make the long/tempo runs seem easier with when I can say "that 5 miler was simple."
