Ran with Dustin. Concentrated on just getting the miles in and taking it easy. Miles 13-16 were a bit tough as I felt some knee pain, but not too terrible. I ran the last 1.5 miles a bit faster and felt pretty good, even on some steep inclines. That probably knocked my HR up a few notches - b/c most times when I looked at my watch, I was around 148-150.
