I wore Supernova's with blue inserts. Also used moleskin around blisters and that worked well. No soreness in hips (i've been stretching a lot on off days) or feet today.
This run felt really good today. I knew my pace was going to be much faster than normal b/c my HR was staying way down around 140 when going at my "normal" pace. I sped up a bit so my HR would be closer to 150... That would be great if I could keep my HR there at a 9:08 pace. We'll see tomorrow for the 7 mile tempo.
It was nice to have a good run as I broke the 200 mile mark of training!
