First day of fall my @#$! Temperature was about 90 at 6:00 PM and the humidity was about the same. Makes for a tough workout. 1 mile warm up, 6 X 1/2 mile repeats (goal pace about 7:00/mile) with 90 second rest between each, 1 mile cool down.
