Notes
Tough day to run. As temperature was 7 degrees when I started. My Garmin must have not been in the charger correctly because battery was too low to stay on but for a few seconds. I was supposed to meet Ira at 6:15 but arrived at CG at 5:50 and went inside to use bathroom and fool with Garmin. I put everything in my locker and waited until 6:21 and no Ira. I wish I had brought my phone in but he text me and said he would be 10 minutes late. Oh well.
I felt pretty good and I hadn't been out since Sunday. I did the neighborhood across from Clarksville Elementary.
By the time I was heading back had a good sweat going on when I saw Rob and Pat heading out a little after 7am.
Felt energized after finishing and even think that I'm close to getting my man card back. Almost ready for an early Friday morning on the Patapsco.
