Hudson 5K workout (intervals to be run at 3K to 5K pace); 2 mile warm up @ 8:45 pace or so; 1200 @ 7:20 pace; 1/4 mile recovery; 6 X 400 with 1 minute active recoveries (400s consistently fell at 7:00 minute pace pretty comfortably)
