This workout called for 18 with 14 @ marathon pace + 10 to 20 seconds per mile; ran 16 @ 8:30, then 2 easy. Started at 9:02 and built into 7:50 pace for mile 15. Felt very good and strong today. Low temps and only slightly humid. Two "loops" of 270 foot elevation gain.
