Intro to some speedwork post marathon. dirt track now in better shape but still hard to get footing in some areas. warm up @ 8:33, 8:45, 1 mile@ 7:36 (felt great!), 1/2 mile recovery, 1/2 mile at 7:15 pace; cooldown through neighborhood. Windy.
