This was a surprisingly great run to prep for 5K this weekend. 1200 @ 6:48 pace, 1/4 mile recovery, 5 X 400 @ 3K to 5K pace (about 6:50ish) with 1 minute recoveries. Slightly windy. Felt good. Cereal before the run.
