We will NOT officially meet at Rogue (all who wish to meet unofficially please contact each other).
10-12 miles total:
For those running any of the various Turkey Trot races:
2 miles warmup
Race
2-4 miles cool down
All others (those meeting at Rogue, etc.):
2 miles easy
5 miles @MGP
3-5 miles easy cool down
