Notes
Completed C25K today! The run itself was not challenging, but the trip back home afterward was grueling and windy. I was bundled up in layers, but I still struggled against the wind and the drifts in the road on the way home. I used my face mask and hood so my head was OK, but my left hard and arm were getting numb with the wind chill. Once I got back inside Trail West, it was much better.
I may be fighting the beginnings of a cold; I feel some kind of tickle in my chest, but no other symptoms yet. At least I got my last C25K workout accomplished!
