Second running day in a row; I want to get back to where I was. I don't feel especially sore or tired, but I'll see later. A nice day: above 30, little wind, melting. Still snowpack and ice on the roads.
W6D2, 10 min intervals. Seemed a little long, but I made it. Did a little running on the uphill trip back home. Hope it doesn't bother my lower back/hip.
