COMMENTS: Ran everything faster than intended. I think VDOT=46 is probably a fair assessment of where I am physically, but I probably shouldn't be running those paces at this point (E: 9:07 T: 7:17), but that's what I did.
2M warmup, 10min T, 5min E, 10min T, <2M cool. 5 minute paces after w/u: 7:17, 7:14, 8:40(E), 7:13, 7:07. Yoiks.
Could be on course for a sub-98 HM?
