Not bad. Forgot to eat before the run, which was a mistake, and at times this was really rough. Really had to boogie at the end to hit the last two intervals, but I did get all 5 in the target range (3:55-3:59)
Some tightness in left hamstring. The Glycerines are beginning to show their mileage, as I felt it in the balls of my feet and knees a bit today.
