COMMENTS: Recovering from a short but nasty cold, which nixed the 3M I had planned for yesterday. Felt great for the first 5-6M or so, then completely crashed. 10-10:15 might still be a bit fast for my long runs, despite the MacMillan pace based on my 8K of 9:45-10:45. Should probably shoot for 10:15-10:30 for LRs. Had to cut short from my planned 8M. Needed a cut-back week anyway.
65* at start, maybe 72-75* at end. Sweat like a pig, but only lost 2.5lbs on run.
Starting weight is a new low, but probably reflects dehydration from cold.
