COMMENTS: Got up late, since I'm taking Jenn to the airport for her flight to Chile this afternoon, and we're not going into work this morning. Ran the first 2+ miles with Jenn at about 10:30. Cranked it up to faster than 5K pace for the last mile or so (maybe 8:30 pace). Felt good.
