COMMENTS: Plan was 2M warmup, 8M HM pace (7:48), 2M cool. Legs started out really stiff, and I was pretty uncomfortable. Also forgot to eat before my run, and my stomach was growling before the end of mile 1. HM pace mile splits: 8:11, 8:07, 7:53, 7:46, 7:43, 7:46, 7:49, 7:37. Obviously not a total success, but given how my legs felt, and that I was carrying the Camelback, not so bad. Pretty tired by the end, though.
Felt twinges in my foot for the first time all week. Not good.
