1 hr easy (7+ mi) + 6x30s strides (1min recoveries). Strides in the 5:20-5:40 range.
Right knee pretty sore after a mile, but it loosened up later, and didn't bother me at all by the end. Otherwise, this felt like a really, really strong run. Only a water stop kept mile 5 slow (8:38), everything else was 8:18 (too fast) - 8:36 (first mile), most in the 8:20's, and felt good.
