Oy. Right from the warmup I knew I didn't have it today. Was supposed to be 20min w/u, 3 miles T (6:55 pace), 20min c/d. Was able to hit pace in the first two T miles (6:54, 6:56), fell off in the third and had to slow to a jog 1/2 mile in. The c/d was a slog. This workout was probably too optimistic since I hadn't run tempo since November. Probably should have broken it up into cruise intervals, which I will for my long/tempo 13 next Saturday.
