Notes

First attempt at the hilly loop since August. Felt pretty strong throughout, but my cardio clearly is still not up to it. HR got into the 180s on the steeper part of the hill, and never really recovered on the back side. Probably faster than I should have run (second mile was 9:40, very downhill and low HR=143), but felt really good to be back on this route.
