COMMENTS: Nice easy run after the 5K on Sunday. MacMillan says 9:11-9:41 on the easy runs now, but a few of today's miles might have been a bit fast. Beautiful day, probably the last time I'll need long sleeves for a while.
Daniels says 9:30 for easy runs, so maybe I should be shooting for that.
