9 miles, including unlimited number of 200 meter Hill Reps

Actually, 15 x 150 meter hill repeats at the steep hill by the Dog Park in Brooklyn Heights. Full recovery back down to the bottom of the hill. I kept the flow of the workout going by starting right away when I got to the bottom of the hill. There was once where I ran around the block at the bottom of the hill to recover. This was on the 4th repeat.

remaining miles completed about 2 - 3 hours later in easy runs to the Battery Park City speed and form sessions.
