1 mile w/u; 3 x 1mile laddering from 7:20 to 7:00 per mile w/ .25 at ~8:00 in between. Did 4th interval for 1.25 mile laddering from 7:00 to 6:40. ~.5 mile c/d. Felt pretty comfortable - need to push the pace a little more next time.
