Notes

Long run thru KH & SR. Did loops in the flat section of SR and Sumner Rd. First 5 miles @ ~8:30/mile, gradually increased speed next five miles and ran last 5 miles at 7:45/mile. Last two miles (back thru the hills in SR and KH) were killers. Felt pretty good throughout the run... let's see how quickly I recover. Ran these based on Pfitzinger's book for a 7:00/mile goal marathon pace. May train for a 7:00/mile and hope I can do it at ~ 7:15/mile. We'll see how the body holds up when the REAL training starts in a couple of months.
