Very hot. I was dehydrated which didn't help. Odd things though- Should I start taking days off in between - no shin pain and no knee pain despite the speed. I did not think I was going that fast. Completed cool down in the NB, felt good. Tightness started in the right achilles. Not unexpected.

Another note - stretched after last run. Maybe helped the pain? Need to stick at the same distance until this clears up. Not going above 4 for a while. Training is a marathon, not a sprint.
