Notes

Focus on a forefoot strike. Need to bring my times back down. Worst shin pain on right side today I've had yet. Most likely because the 30 second sprints yesterday. Need to work out the kinks of this new form before getting back to speed. May have to drop distance as well. Although shin pain dissipated over time, makes me think it had a lot to do with the sprinting.
