Hill repeats. I did 3 repeats of the last 0.10 miles leading up to the house. Per Strava, I was hitting up to 8 min/mi on the uphills, which is fast for me. I walked the downhills. Next time, I think I'll try my Garmin, to get a better reading on the hills, possibly.
