Notes
Went out to White rock and ran all the way around, plus an extra 0.6 out and back to make a total of half the distance I'll be running in two weeks. Ran more a t the beginning and walked more at the end, but my goal was just to complete the distance for time on my feet. I did that, and felt like I had more left in the tank, so that's a good sign. Even though this was a big jump in distance, I feel like I've developed a strong base to work from, and can start building mileage from here. I need to get out of the neighborhood more often for motivation. I accidentally stopped my watch when I made a pit stop, instead of pausing it. that caused me to have two separate workouts, thus the weird interval readings.
