Quads still shot, otherwise OK. Nothing from Achilles again!
Saw Saxena today. New xray. Bone spur is no smaller due to Tenex; maybe bigger. He put off repeating EPAT treatment, because there's currently not much pain, and it can't do anything about the bone spur. But he's getting a new machine in a few weeks that may be able to help! Also told me WHY not to stretch my calf: extra tension on the Achilles causes it to react by depositing more bone. Doh!!!! That, I will listen to. Also, evidently I need more balsamic vinegar in my diet, to help break it down. Huh.
