Did 3:00 at mile pace instead of 2:30 + 0:30 sprint; hamstring too iffy. Took a while to loosen it up.

Something's wonky; mile pace seemed way too fast / easy. Probably Garmin is being too generous. But hey, it's the only positive sign I have going into Tucson -- I'll take it.
