Felt generally tired but didn't have an effect during the workout.

2 mile warm up

16 x 200 -- odds mile pace, evens 5k pace

2 mile cool down

Pushed the odds, focused on form on the evens. Ran at the HS so kind of tough to judge. Legs looking skinny.
